1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the 35pd platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 35pd. They are supplemented by any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific promotions, games, or features, which are published alongside those respective products and form part of the overall agreement between you and 35pd.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at https://35pd.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 35pd platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The 35pd platform is strictly for players aged 18 years and above. Registering on, depositing to, or using the 35pd platform while under the age of 18 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and is prohibited without exception. 18+

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to hold a 35pd account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You are not accessing the platform from a Restricted Territory.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on 35pd or any other gambling platform to which such exclusions may apply.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously had a 35pd account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting voluntarily and using your own funds for the purposes of depositing and wagering.

35pd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where satisfactory proof of age cannot be provided, 35pd will suspend the relevant account and withhold any withdrawals pending verification. In cases where a player is found to have been under 18 at the time of registration, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposits made will be returned to the source payment method after deducting any amounts wagered.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 35pd services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 35pd account. If 35pd identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or device profiles — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any winnings or bonuses credited across the duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and the player's primary account may be permanently suspended.

Account security is your responsibility. You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. 35pd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 35pd support immediately so that appropriate protective measures can be applied.

35pd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Once enabled, a one-time verification code sent to your registered mobile number is required in addition to your password at each login. 2FA can be activated from the security section of your account dashboard at no charge.

KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process by submitting one or more of the following documents:

• Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) — front and back
• Valid Bangladesh Passport — photo page
• Bangladesh Driving Licence — front and back
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile money statement dated within 90 days)

KYC documents must be submitted as clear, unobstructed photographs or scans. Edited, cropped, or obscured documents will not be accepted. 35pd aims to complete KYC review within 48 hours of receiving a complete document set. Players are notified of the outcome via their registered email address.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 35pd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Money: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum deposit: ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method has been pre-approved by 35pd following KYC verification of the new payment account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of all players.

Withdrawal processing times: Verified accounts submitting withdrawals via bKash or Nagad typically receive funds within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 35pd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions once a withdrawal has been approved from the platform side.

Withdrawal conditions: The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal request will be processed:

1. The account must have completed KYC verification.
2. Any active bonus balance must have its associated wagering requirement satisfied, or the bonus must be forfeited, before the real money balance becomes fully withdrawable.
3. A minimum of one deposit must have been made via the requested withdrawal method.
4. The account must not be under review for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

35pd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus. New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited, after which any unwagered bonus balance will be forfeited. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward the wagering requirement — game contribution rates are published in the promotions section of your account dashboard.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all 35pd promotions:

• Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus balance, separate from the real money balance.
• When a player has both a real money balance and a bonus balance, real money funds are wagered first.
• Free spins winnings are credited as bonus funds unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• 35pd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is credited to a player's account.
• A player may hold only one active welcome bonus at a time.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to satisfying wagering requirements.
• 35pd reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of a promotional loophole is identified.
• Players who opt out of marketing communications remain eligible for bonuses but must claim them manually through the promotions section of their account.

Promotional calendar. 35pd publishes seasonal promotions tied to major events on the Bangladesh calendar including BPL season, IPL, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the ICC T20 World Cup. Promotional terms for each event are published on the promotions page prior to the event start date.

7. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

35pd provides access to games supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All games use independently certified random number generators (RNGs) and operate at published return-to-player (RTP) percentages. 35pd does not modify game outcomes or apply any house-side adjustments beyond the published RTP of each title.

Bet limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market view prior to placing a wager. 35pd reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including imposing individual account-level limits where responsible gaming concerns have been identified.

Game malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome or settlement of a game, 35pd reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the player's real money balance. 35pd is not liable for losses caused by network connectivity issues on the player's side.

Sports betting market rules. All sports betting markets offered through 35pd — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are governed by the specific market rules published in the sports section of the platform. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets will not be amended except in cases of obvious pricing error, which 35pd reserves the right to void.

In-play betting. In-play (live) betting is available on selected cricket and football markets. In-play odds reflect the current state of the match and may differ substantially from pre-match odds. Delays inherent in live data transmission are unavoidable; 35pd will not be held responsible for bets placed in the knowledge of an event outcome that had already occurred at the time of placement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 35pd platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another individual.
• Bonus abuse: Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated tools to exploit promotional offers, or engaging in coordinated play designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk (known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" in violation of these Terms).
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated in-play betting.
• Match fixing: Placing wagers on events whose outcome has been manipulated, or participating in the manipulation of any sporting event.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated method to place bets or interact with the platform outside of normal manual play.
• Money laundering: Using the 35pd platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 35pd is obligated to report suspicious financial activity in accordance with applicable regulations and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a payment provider for deposits made to 35pd without first contacting 35pd support to resolve the dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action to recover the disputed amount.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting known or suspected bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to place wagers at manifestly incorrect odds or to gain an unintended advantage.

35pd employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under manual review, during which deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. Players under review are notified by email and are entitled to contact support for further information about the review process.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary closure. Players may request to close their 35pd account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any remaining real money balance (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Self-exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for a self-exclusion of between 30 days and permanent duration. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen end date. During a self-exclusion period, the player is prohibited from opening a new account on 35pd. Involuntary suspension. 35pd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first withdrawal request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy — see below).
• Receipt of a self-exclusion notification from a third-party responsible gaming registry.
• Instruction from a competent authority or law enforcement body.

Dormant accounts. An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. Dormant accounts are notified by email 30 days before dormant status is applied. A dormant account fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the real money balance to cover account maintenance costs. Once the real money balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing a fresh KYC review.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 35pd shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of enjoyment, arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use the 35pd platform or its services.

35pd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Platform availability. 35pd does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party service provider outages, and circumstances beyond 35pd's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 35pd will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime via the platform's announcement system.

Third-party game content. Games and betting odds are provided by third-party studios and data providers. While 35pd works exclusively with reputable, certified providers, it cannot accept liability for errors in game outcomes, odds calculation, or data feeds that originate from those third-party providers, except where 35pd has a contractual obligation to remedy such errors on the player's behalf.

Force majeure. 35pd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental action, civil unrest, telecommunications failure, or pandemic.

11. Amendments to These Terms

35pd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 35pd will notify players via:

• A prominently displayed notice on the 35pd platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days following the change.
• An email notification sent to the registered email address of all active accounts, where the change materially affects player rights or financial terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent amendment took effect. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is stated in the amendment notice.

By continuing to use the 35pd platform after the effective date of any amendment, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the 35pd platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Dispute resolution. In the event of a dispute between a player and 35pd, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. 35pd aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact, the matter may be escalated via the formal complaints procedure, details of which are available from the support team.

Formal complaints. A formal written complaint may be submitted by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". All formal complaints will receive a written acknowledgement within 48 hours and a substantive response within 10 business days. Records of all complaints and their outcomes are retained by 35pd for a minimum of three years.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any applicable promotion-specific terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 35pd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. No failure or delay by 35pd in exercising any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right. Any waiver must be given expressly and in writing by an authorised representative of 35pd.
